New Day, New Attitude

Haven't updated this thing in a while, so thought I would have a small change of scenery.

I have been working freelance since January, and that not too often. Hasn't really bummed me though, because I have been able to focus on my son coming into the world. He finally arrived on June 17 and it has been a cool experience. With my daughter, I was working all of the time and didn't get to really see all of the neat things that babies do.

I will start posting some of my work again soon.* Until then, keep smiling!

You have humbled me, ma'am. I appreciate your acknowledgment. (D@mn, that was a hard word to spell for some reason). I have always liked words, especially ones that make the tongue dance and jive when you read them aloud. I think it is because I think so graphically that when I try to explain something verbally I try to paint with the words I use so they build a clear picture. Also, I like to ramble as you can tell by the response. Liked your gallery, BTW. Hope you get past your block soon and post more.

I hope to get past my block as well, though when I do my work will probably be vastly different from what I have now. I guess it's the bane of being a teenager, my style is always changing.

Either the Bane or the Grace. Never lose that ever-evolving spirit. I see too many artists stagnate by becoming a cookie cutter with their style. I have always believed in developing a voice, but singing many different songs.
